Balance Track: Building Speed

Run faster by running faster. This simple premise proves to be a challenge for most athletes. This spring, take your running to new speeds by moving your workouts to the track with Morgan and Fiona. During practice, great coaching and intelligent workouts will push and encourage you in new ways... ways that will result in personal records and improved confidence.

  • Build foot speed and muscular/cardiovascular endurance
  • Master the art of the crippling bike to run transition
  • Learn pacing for your race length—from 5K to 26miles
  • Learn proper running mechanics
  • Learn injury prevention and maintenance
  • Run with fellow athletes for inspiration, friendly competition and encouragement
  • Learn proper warm-up, cool-down and stretching for optimal performance and recovery
  • Enjoy workouts designed for your individual training goals and level of experience
