Small Group Weight Training

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, you will be supported and challenged by this 60-minute class. Resistance training with weights for strength and tone, core conditioning for back and abs, balance and power exercises for stability and speed, and calorie-burning cardiovacular exercises combine to give you a full body workout!

 

Vinyasa Flow with Cathrine Johnson Justice

Sundays 10:30-11:45am. A deep, active style of yoga that combines yoga poses through flow and strength for a faster-paced and challenging experience.

 

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a fun, yet challenging core building, muscle lengthening exercise class. Kathy's rich experience as a Pilate's master brings an invigorating and embodying energy to each class.

 

Anusara Yoga with Ali Certain

Anusara Yoga Mondays, 5:15-6:45pm (mixed level); Mondays, 7:00-8:30pm (intermediate); Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30pm (advanced)(8/20,9/3,9/17,10/15,10/29,11/12); Thursdays, 6:30-8:00pm (mixed level). Classes offer a safe, playful and empowering approach to hatha yoga influenced by the elegant system of Anusara yoga, meaning to flow with grace, follow your heart.

 

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Saturdays 9:30am-10:30am. Appropriate for new students or continuing students who seek to build more physical stamina, focus and flexibility. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing series of poses heavily rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition

 

IntenSati

IntenSati is a high energy, cardiovascular workout that is dynamic and rhythmic, yet easy to follow. This unique program combines martial arts, fitness aerobics, yoga, and spoken meditation to improve your health and tap into your inner potential.
