Bootcamp is a two-week fitness and exercise program designed to bring balance, diversity, and intensity to your workout routine. Every morning you and your team of six to ten people meet in the great outdoors near the Minneapolis chain of lakes for a 30 minute, professionally-led workout. Once a week you will return to Balance in the evening for resistance training.
Through Bootcamp's unique combination of strength and endurance training, speed and power exercises, agility and plyometric drills, yoga and Pilates principles and nutrition counseling, your Bootcamp instructors passionately transform your routine into a challenging, fun, effective exercise experience!!!
