Balance is your neighborhood fitness studio specializing in small group and personal training, yoga, Pilates, fitness travel and the home of Balance Bootcamp.

Balance created programs span the spectrum: fitness and resistance training for small groups, individuals and teams; transformational immersion courses that combine exercise, nutrition, and spiritual introspection; the much-acclaimed Balance Bootcamp; Anusara and Ashtanga yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, IntenSati, and martial arts; and, most recently, the Balance Cycling and Triathlon Club's training rides, seminars, and off-season, indoor cycling series!
Mostly importantly, Balance holds a space for community. We provide a place for people to come together with health and healing in mind. We try to meet each individual where they are at — keeping sacred the call for service, integrity and balance.
